Does He Scare You Quiz
Is she in danger—and how serious is it?
This short, trauma-informed quiz helps survivors recognize Red Flags and understand their level of risk. They receive immediate feedback and are directed to supportive next steps.
What SafeWork Advantage actually is
SafeWork Advantage is a confidential, online safety program employers offer to their whole workforce as a benefit — built for employees living with a dangerous partner or ex. It's trauma-informed, self-paced, and private: your employees use it on their own time, and you never see who does. It was designed by a survivor, for people whose safety is genuinely at risk.
The questions employers ask us most:
Does our EAP already cover this?
Almost never. EAPs are built to react after someone asks for help — counseling, referrals, a hotline number. They aren't built for intimate-partner danger, and they don't walk an employee through assessing threat or building a personal safety plan before a crisis. SafeWork Advantage fills that specific gap. (If you downloaded the EAP Gap Checklist, that's exactly what it maps.)
Is it confidential?
Will we know who's using it? Confidentiality is the point. Employees access the program privately. You never receive individual data or a list of who logged in — only aggregate, no-names confirmation that the benefit is live. That privacy is what makes employees willing to use it, which is what makes it work.
How is it priced?
One annual subscription covers your entire workforce for the year — no per-seat counting, no rationing, no turning anyone away. Pricing is banded by organization size, and we accept purchase orders with NET-30 terms. Your guide and the pricing page have the specifics.
How hard is this to roll out?
Light. You get an access link and ready-made materials to share with employees. There's nothing to install and nothing for your team to administer.
What does it actually change?
We won't promise outcomes we can't measure. What we will promise: every employee gets real tools — how to assess danger, how to build a safety plan, what to do next — available privately, any time they need them. Offering it is a concrete way to act on your duty of care to the people who work for you.
